I think that this example for developing car through skateboard, bicycle, etc. is not maybe the best example, because if customer wants a car then you can't reuse much of motorcycle for a car. Also, whatever comment you receive from customer for skateboard or bicycle won't help you much for building a car. IMHO, better example would be that you build buggy, than add shell and doors, then backseats and trunk...
