      Thanks. That’s a damp proof membrane to stop damp coming through

    Lovely stuff buddy. You must have a huge memory stick to be recording in 4k60!
    How many times do you go back and forth over the whole thing to level it out? I counted twice in the vid, but do you go more than that?

      It is amazing how much footage these tiny SD cards can hold inside the GoPro!
      We probably went over it one more time. If it was a bigger slab we would do it another pass again but small ones like this don't need too much work to get flat.

    What was under your polythene base? Im lookong to do the same in my garden for porcelain tiles but want to get the base right

      This is for a conservatory so the floor make up is hardcore, insulation, concrete.
      If you want to concrete for porcelain tiles you’d need a minimum of 150mm hardcore then 100mm concrete. I’d lay the porcelain on a mortar bed and not put concrete down before
