    I have a friend that does live cooking classes on Zoom for $20 or $25 a class. There have been classes where she has over a hundred people taking it one time! I think creating a Zoom class on this would be amazing. I would absolutely join the class! And, I would tell others, as well. I believe with Zoom, you can offer the ability for your students to view the video again at a later date. This would allow you to include people that don't have a membership to skillshare or aren't a Patreon member.

      Thank you for the suggestion! Perhaps in the future, since I've already got so many options for learning currently: skillshare, etsy workshop, patreon (which btw has exclusive tutorials), youtube :)

      Like me! Widening the net is ALWAYS a good idea. Extra time involved for sure but you have the skill. It would be more spontaneous, one and done for us. People love live. Worth considering. My husband would call it a birds nest on the ground. Beautiful creations and teaching style! Thank you! Good luck in any and all of your endeavors!

    I like the image coming out of the oval. Is it possible for you to show your palette when you are mixing up your paints? I think it would help to see the color mix and the consistency of the paint.

    • @JuliaLisArt
      @JuliaLisArt  Год назад +1

      I don't have a wide angle camera so if I zoom out enough to see the pallet, the painting itself will be far away so it will be difficult to see details sadly

    Good point on the shedding of antlers. Which they do as you can buy sheds for crafts on eBay, Etsy, etc. However they're usually smaller ones. I am not sure if the older stags loose the 8 point antlers... especially when hunters use that as an excuse for hunting 🤬 If they shed them, the hunters could just go buy the larger antlers for a few bucks. 🤷

    Thank you for sharing this beautiful painting. I love drawing trees, limbs and roots in Pen & Ink. And I made a gem tree out of wire for a gift a few years ago. I love your demonstration and how beautiful it looked on each step. When you hesitated about the deer, I thought about you cutting out a silhouette 😅 I started to say something, but thought it would be too much trouble. Then you said it. 😂 You are so talented, I didn’t doubt your ability to get that big buck in there, and you did.
    It’s true, the bucks shed their antlers every year. Their antlers are honeycombed bone tissue. When the rut ends his testosterone goes way down and the antler tissue breaks up. It just takes two to three weeks for them to shed. Growing them back takes the entire summer.
    I understand your need to make money and I’ll do what I can to support your efforts.
    Have a wonderful and prosperous New Year 🎉! Fran

    I'm a beginner and I managed this. I looked for a doe w/o a rack as that was too difficult for me.I got the ears a bit long but it is pretty good for me ! I too would like the camera over to the paints to see what you are mixing. As for doing a paid feature I'm already a Patron on a couple other channels so it's hard to do so many for me. I see where you are coming from putting so much into these and not get much return however. You can go ahead and put a membership up there and see what you get. Thank you for your time.
