    These homeowners are the Spokespeople for many of us!! Mine too was a covid project. The same reasoning, they had was the same as mine!! Put the value back into your property. Landscaping is 15% of the value.
    These homeowners look like they still can't believe they've got something this stunning in their backyard! It took me 9 mths to come down from cloud 9.
    I'm curious to know, how many CACs have filled their schedules in the last 3 yrs because of covid?

    This project was done for my family and we LOVE how it turned out! Jaak was super helpful planning things out and was very transparent with the costs / budget for the project. We had done a ton of research leading up to contacting Jaak, but it was a great learning process the whole time leading up to the build.
    The pond is approx 11k gallons and has been a perfect home for several large koi. One bit of advice regarding fish for first-time pond owners…skip the comets / goldfish! We started with 12-15 sarasa comets and fantail goldfish and we’re now overrun with newborns…even with blue herons thinning the herd!
    The only 2 tweaks we’d make in hindsight are… 1) go a 12-16” deeper to help protect the fish from herons. 2) Put one more rock in the middle that could hold a lilly pot.
    Overall this is the best home project we’ve ever had done. Everyone who sees the pond loves it! We can’t recommend Jaak and AWG enough!!!

    Awesome work Jaak- very cool of you to mention the ancillary damage to yard and what may have to be repaired and amended too after the construction phase. I really wish you guys would more honestly discuss ballpark pricing. My first consult with an Aquascape dealer in my area was a bit shocking. It would be good to see different sizes projects and what ballpark costs are so people can gauge what type of water feature they can fit into their budget.

    Those river birches are way too close in 5 years their roots will *uck that pond slap up. Most aggressive roots of any tree I deal with ontop of being the messiest. River birch gets eventually 70' drops small branches year round and leaves in fall. Not trying to criticize just a heads up. The wetland waterfall and pond are gorgeous beautiful stone work. Video quality is onpoint as well. Mad respect for staying in your lane and not handling irrigation and sod repair. As they say the riches are in the niches. Keep em coming.

    I really don't understand why so many people will lie thinking it's the better thing to do. If you tell me upfront what to expect I trust you. If you lie, I don't. Simple.

    Why not put down some wood boards for the heavy equipment. You’re destroying their yard excessively for no reason. Sorry but that is just bad work there.

    • @AtlantisWaterGardens
      @AtlantisWaterGardens  Год назад

      We discussed it with the homeowner beforehand. They had plans for the area that was torn up. You make a valid point.
