Purchased IFB AC with assurity for providing good service in Future. Facing issues in AC withing a month and also they are charging extra 899+ gst to claim super waranty of additional 4 years. Complaint regarding AC- Since installation of AC, the indoor unit starts generating too much noise. We complained 6 times but no one visited to resolve the problem and closed the ticket stating that it is resolved (see attached snaps and video). Always closing the tickets without visiting. Sent several emails to resolve but no reaolution. Whatsup help is helpless. As per product catelog, the noise level should be 39Db. Third class service from IFB. Think several times before buying AC from IFB.

Naam bahut bada, but installation & customer care is very very dissatisfactory. I'have bought 2024 model before one week, but installation persons, the so called engineers are totally incompetent, even if no knowledge of proper installation & function of AC. Customer care is worse than Samsung & LG. Pl. donot exaggerate so much.

Worst air conditioner, this is the 3rd AC we bought ad we tried ifb but worst service. The remote stop working in 3 months took wifi subscription since the start and 6 months past still they are unable to start that service. IFB has been a total waste.

LG 1.5 ton is not enough for your room.. in IFB you can consider 1.5 ton (Descent Cooling Capacity) but IFB having after sale service issue. Naam bahut bada, but installation & customer care is very very dissatisfactory. I'have bought 2024 model before one week, but installation persons, the so called engineers are totally incompetent, even if no knowledge of proper installation & function of AC. Customer care is worse than Samsung & LG. Pl. donot exaggerate so much.

Worst air conditioner, this is the 3rd AC we bought ad we tried ifb but worst service. The remote stop working in 3 months took wifi subscription since the start and 6 months past still they are unable to start that service. IFB has been a total waste.

3-4 hrs daily usage, with alomost no sunlight except on side and the room is quite air sealed and ground floor with house above
And the max temp is 41-42
LG 1.5 ton is not enough for your room.. in IFB you can consider 1.5 ton (Descent Cooling Capacity) but IFB having after sale service issue.
