Of UK rappers the one that comes to my mind is The Streets, specifically the album A Grand Don't Come For Free. The entire collection of tracks tells a story and it works pretty good. I've watched a lot of UK television and movies so I'm comfortable with their slang and different words they have for things, just a head's up that lots of it might be incomprehensible if you're not used to it.
