- David Archuleta has an emotional unmasking on 'The Masked Singer.' During the season 9 finale, the singer was revealed to be under the Macaw mask. David was brought to tears, and explained how his decision to come out publicly changed his life and inspired others.
David Archuleta is so genuinely kind, and he always has been.

David has one of softest spoken voices but when he sings, he can hit next level. His courage, especially in the religious world he was brought up in, is something many of us relate to. Eventually you HAVE to be you, b/c you suffer trying to be someone you aren't.
I’m not crying… Kens not crying… we are all not crying. This man has blessed this world with his voice and most importantly, his heart.
I always knew he would do more than American Idol. He's got one of the most genuine stage presence and great talent. Happy for him.
David Arculetta was one of best singer to ever grace the stage. Don't ever forget that David every song ,and performance was stunning❤.
I remember watching him on idol and he was my favourite. He sang a rendition of, “stand by me,” on idol, and to this day , love listening to it. He should’ve won BOTH times.
