Moving to Florida at the moment, sold our Sun Tracker XP3 Tritoon with a Merc 250 on it, loved the boat. But as we plan to go on lakes near Tallahassee and Offshore to the South, this boat looks perfect for two people, baby on the way and two dogs. Plus I think as it has less drag than a Tritoon should be able to go as fast with a 200. Will be looking at these first. Love the price and what you get for it.
@@truckingwithnose Ive never had an issue with it, its almost as good as a Boston Whaler or Grady White in the rough. Cheaper to. I have noitced that boats from companies in the North East seem to handle rough better, probably because the inlets and close to shore can get really nasty in the North East. I have a in law with a Grady White CC the same size as my Key West, the bow flare is WAY bigger and it rides swells so much better

@@truckingwithnose Bayliners are nice boats, but up until they came out with that new Center Console they werent really ocean boats. I owned one a long time ago. Cheap materials and sloppy workmanship, boats like Key Wests and Grady Whites and Whalers cost more for a reason. They're built tougher. That being said, Ive heard REALLY good things about the new Bayliner Center Console Tropey series. So maybe they cleaned up their act and started making good boats again, When I had a new one in the mid 00s all the screws and hardware would rust and the paint came off the bottom WAY faster than it should have. It did come with a cabin and AC tho for not a lot of money, I'll give them that, I have heard theyve gotten better
I have a clean 2000 1802 and I love it.. This boat is super nice , but out of my league.

This is a great boat I have the 22cc model and it handles well offshore
