    Nice looks good. Ive seen other recipes, they just toss a few dried scallops into the congee before cooking it or rehydrating it. I havnt tried either method yet but look forward to experimenting with congee and dried scallops. Thanks for the vodeo!

    Watching this again, I am going to make this. Im wondering how did you prepare your scallops you used as garnish? Was it cooked, steamed or what? Or just smashed into shreds after taking it out of the water?

      Yes, just shred it after soaking it. No cooking needed.
