Hot Wheels vs Target Zuru Metal Machines

- I have heard that the new Zuru metal machines from Target are very fast but I had to find out for myself. I cracked open 7 of them and matched them up against 6 50th Anniversary team hot wheels cars and the new Dodge D100 to see who is really the fastest.
That was a great race and I love your drag strip setup. When I was a kid, me and my brother would setup a long strip of Hot Wheels track in the living room and drape one end over the recliner to make a hill top then, let the cars go to see how fast they were. Back then my favorite car was the Shark Shifter.
I bought several of the Metal Machines by Zuru & I like them too! better than Maisto & holds up better too! Quality is very good, almost up there with HW's & they put up a better fight than some other brands but I like them a lot. I will put them in my next tournament. Hopefully they will make more cars in the future! 🍺😊

Still think the Zuru's will dog walk the majority of MBX's...my White Fang is a beast.
League of Speed I think you have just watched the Rally Cat Slayer! After he has played a stack of them then he can throw them in the bed and bring them back home.
You were missing the 60th Anniversary Plymouth Roadrunner.
I hadn't found it yet at that point. I've got plenty of them now.
Awesome video Frank. Got to admit the zuru’s held their own. I can foresee an upset of the rally cat at diecast 64 with the 50th anniversary F-150
41-14 diecast racing I believe that the F150 IS the the casting that will end the dominance of the Rally Cat. I have about a dozen or more unopened Rally Cats. Maybe I will make a video of them vs the F150.

The Escape, Blanco, and White Fang seem to be the fastest castings
My Buffalo (Truck) is not that fast
Loved the truck showdown. Haven't pulled the trigger on any Zurus yet. Since they didn't hold up, I will probably hold off longer.

I'm testing against similar style cars and they are holding their own. The plastic bodies are easily removed. Just a pick around the swedge and I was able to screw them back together with 1/8"
I had good luck with these from a zuru 5 pack on my 15 foot 6 lane track. Even beat some of my hotwheels nascar2000 with the pro performance wheels
White Fang looks like the Hotwheels Twinduction.
It's actually very similar to a scaled-up version of it
