U-2 Pilots Skim 'Terminator Line'

- Beale Air Force Base, California, is home to the U-2, an aircraft that was originally designed to fly high-altitude intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions during the Cold War. Today, the U-2 flies in support of a variety of missions from ground combat to disaster relief. During high-altitude missions, U-2 pilots often see a natural occurrence called the "terminator line," which separates day and night. U2 is a essentially a jet propelled glider .. its extremely efficient.

design =cool relic you might change the engine on an older car model to the newest engine but it wouldn't run the same as the newer body for the newer engine

David Newton yeah. Crazy. If u told someone 100 years ago about the U2 u would be called crazy and its impossible
MadiCat247 but then the U2 came into existence. Besides, what i meant by my comment was that with where our technology is moving towards to, we may be able to travel around in our solar system or even possibly the galaxy. I guess its a the kind of statement that is said in a way that literally it will happen, but metaphorically plausible
