The very old designs are from the late 1940’s and early 1950’s that were first in Collier’s magazine and then on Walt Disney’s Tomorrow Land TV series. Videos are on RUclips and Disney streaming. These were early designs by von Braun and his NACA/NASA team. Note similarities to the Soviet’s N1 moon rocket and the 33 engines of Star Ship! Original design used LOX and alcohol Great minds….!

The film Journey to the far side of the sun, is a very thought provoking.
Roy Thinns crash lands back on earth on supposedly failed mission.
After a debriefing he is allowed home, and nearly crashes his car driving on the wrong side of the road !
After a bad night’s sleep, he has a shower,picks up a aftershave bottle, reads the label, and his nightmare journey begins.
