    Your printer is too powerful for the outlet if lights flicker. I have the same issue so I plug the laser printer to the receptacle in the bathroom since that outlet is powerful enough to run a dryer. Also use the little flap at the top of the printer, flip it up and your pages won’t fall on the floor! Great video.

    I never print 2 packages. The borrower can get the loan package from the lender. You going to run out of ink and paper quick if you keep printing out 2 loan packages for the borrowers.

    • @breonnab
      @breonnab  3 года назад +6

      You are right. It is quite a lot of paper. I try to follow the instructions of the signing service that request to give a copy to the borrowers. And sometimes it comes in handy, especially when the borrow signs incorrectly on occasion. I can just pull from there set :)

    • @TheAppoline
      @TheAppoline 3 года назад +6

      To not print a copy is usually not an option. The Signing company hiring you instructs you to print a copy for the borrower. Also if there is a mistake. You can get a clean copy from the borrower’s pack to swap out.

      Hi there. You typically do have to contact the borrower and communicate with them. I’d say to continue doing your research to determine if it’s a good fit for you. 😊

      There is still some contact with clients, but it will be via Zoom or other virtual platforms. Depends on the state and not all states accept remote online notaries. Some of the online work is also international so you may have clients that don't speak American English very well. There are a number of RUclipsrs who do RON work. Do your research. Check with your state. It also is a separate cost to do RON, for electronic stamps and certificates.

      I think it depends on the area and other factors. But yes, there are notaries that do this work full time.

      I currently work a lot with signing services. I think you may be able to negotiate more when you work direct. Signing services that I work with typically range from $70-100. Most signings that I have completed are refinances.
