What’s funny is I was just working on something just like this, tho different stamp set, 30 minutes before picking up my iPad to see if I could find a video on utube with my exact question and wha-la, there you are in the very first video I chose. You answered my question of ‘can I’ and gave me the ‘how-to’ all in the same video. Your videos are so precise and easy to follow and your explanations of why you choose what you choose are just what I need. Thank you.
Jean Powell Your comment made my day. I actually base a lot of my videos on questions or challenges my subscribers face. Im also working on a compressive course on the Brother ScanNCut which has been requested by multiple people. Stay tuned for that.
Papered Chef I’ll definitely be watching for your comprehensive video along with a lot of other people no doubt. Keep up the great how-to videos. You’ve definitely gotten my attention.
Thank you so much for this video! I figured out a long way to do this by uploading it into the software, I didn't know there was an editing mode on the machine!!!!!
I used to use the Canvas program all of the time. Then, I figured out the the reason I love the Brother ScanNCut so much is that I don't even need to be connected to a computer like I do with the Cricut. Now, I use it more as a stand-alone machine than anything else. Thanks for your comment.
Thanks for your comment Lois! I'm uploading a really cool Brother ScanNcut tutorial today which is great for scrapbooking. Check it out too. I try to upload on Sundays.
Thanks for watching. You are welcome. Be sure to check out the other video I created earlier today. It's about how to cut out the inside and outside of anchors. ruclips.net/video/pgJyT4lUCkc/видео.html
Thank you so much great video. I’m a bit confused doesn’t take much lol. I watched your first video to cut inside and out so couldn’t you do it that way for the scissors sorry I’m a newbie
Norine Mueller Oh yes, I can understand the confusion. The anchor is clean in that there is just one round shape which we had to remove. The scissors were made up of several lines and therefore, it took some work editing it in order to remove the inside.
Jayc, thanks for watching. I haven't figured out an easy way to do this yet so I welcome anyone who can comment on how. The hard way to do it (and yes, it is possible) is to save those cutting files to the computer. Then, inside of the the Brother Canvas application, you could scale it. Then, you would have to make sure that your images stay in the same place so that the shapes that are scaled down (inner outline) would be positioned correctly. So, to me that is too many steps but I will challenge myself to figure out a better way.
Thank you so much. Even as a 6-year-old tutorial it still applies to the newer model! teri :)
I have searched high & low for a way to do this. Thank you so much for this explanation!
