I’m so, so sorry to hear about your anxiety and can relate to you. I have Complex PTSD and, as part of that, I have an anxiety disorder. You’re right that it’s exhausting! I’m getting therapy (CBT and Internal Family Systems) and it is beginning to really help me. Is therapy something that you could maybe consider? I’m sending all of my best wishes to you and hope that your feelings become easier. 🕊️ x

@@newdawn6856 I use it as an alternative to sugar to help keep my sugar intake down. It is low glycemic. It doesn’t seem to have an after taste for me. The one from NOW foods is from non GMO corn. It occurs naturally in fibrous plants and trees.
