    मेरा एक सवाल है कि माँ और बेटे ने मिलकर एक फ्लैट लिया था। माँ और बेटे का एक साथ SBI में एकाउंट भी है।अब वह फ्लेट जब बिका है तो क्रेता ने रुपया SBI एकाउंट में भेजा है और TDS बेटे के एकाउंट पर जमा हुवा है। यह कैपिटल गेन किसका होगा।
    फ्लेट बिकने के 1 साल के अंदर एक नया मकान फिर दोनों एक साथ लिए है। क्या कैसे होगा कृपया मदद करे ।

    Sir I heard your video but it is quite obvious, if joint name is not in purchase agreement how Assessing Officer can accept joint ownership.

    What will be capital gain if we sale the property recorded in the name of Ghari thakuran(private deity of the family and not public deity) as deity is the owner and we are Marfatdars on behalf of the deity.and major portion of money will be spent for rehabilitation of deity.

    Sir, pl. Confirm me that can I purchase a property in joint name with my wife, if I am using the amount for this purchase from capital gain account opened in my name only.

    Sir, my query is this: Me and my wife jointly purchased a residential Flat in the year 2015 and sot it in the year 2024. Our name were written in the sale both the sale deeds. We has deposited the LTCG thereof in the Capital Gains Account (jointly) in Government of India bank before the due date i.e., before 31.07.2024. Now, how can we show the said LTCG in the ITR please. Fifty fifty or as single entity, say, haft of the LTCG for me and remaining half for my wife. Kindly clarify Sir.

    Dear sir me and my mother are co owner of property and we selling it so can we take the entire money in a joint account so that it can be considered 50;50 for showing capital gain in ITR

    Sir Rural/grampanchayat area ki residential property bechane par capital gain tax lagta hai kua???
    Notary document valid for sale of property for capital gain tax???

    Sir mere dost ki maa ne proparty becha hai 2022 April mein.
    or unko long turm capital gain huwa hai .
    Or bech kar 1 year 8 moth ho gaya hai.
    Par
    Uno ne capital gain accont schem mein nahi dala paisa .
    Ab unko ca bol raha ki apko tax bharna padega . 31 december 2023
    Plz kuch solution bataye plz help me to
    tax kise bachaye .
    par o plot lekar construction karna chata hai to kya le sakte hai or tax bacha sakte hai to kise.
