Of all the church ministers, you are the most down to earth, street wise teacher of the Gospel I've ever known in my 32 years of faith in the Seventh-day Adventist Church. For me, it took 33 years before I unlocked the door for Christ, saying: "Come in, thou blessed of the Lord; wherefore standest thou without? for I have prepared the house." You have the LORD'S fire in your soul, tempered with gravitas & symmetry addressing our every day lives, as where so many of our leaders are such boring and shallow minded speakers whose fire in their souls is barely a match stick. Is it any wonder the work isn't done and never will be under their protocol? T9: "An Impressive Scene" & Rev.13:13 are "kindred" prophecies but are never given a voice. According to EGW, our silence on this will set the stage for persecution. We both know GC, pg.48. Lastly: When I hear your lessons I think of the Bible verse ascribed to Christ: "And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes."

I remember watching the Biography show on A&E. When they did one on St. Patrick, I was struck with the idea that he didn't go to convert them to Jesus within a Roman cultural framework, but an Irish one. It's like when I was in Japan and at the fellowship meal after the service they ate Japanese food with chopsticks, not North American food with knives and forks.
