Even though this song is about John's mom, the reference to her name is still heartwarming, and the song can be interpreted in so many ways. It's so weird they look so old they all have facial hair now and are so mature! I started listening to these guys when the pop punk craze was rampant and listened to their first two albums and with other bands like ATL and BLG and FOB. I love ATL so much but I feel like their music is still Pop Punk with little variation but the Maine has transformed their sound and attitude so proud of them and everyone who still listens to the music and bands of that era haha like me :)
