I'm using a book that I bought at Dollar Tree. None of their books spines were bigger than an inch or slightly over an inch. I love watching you make master boards! I have been thinking about making one but I'm not sure what I want to use for the base. I don't have any file folders, and I don't want to buy anything else right now. I'm thinking about using the book jacket from the book and maybe some cardstock. Do you think that would work alright?
You can use a brown paper bag, a cardboard box from noodles, a cardboard out of a frame, a cracker box, a gift wrap box, … if I keep going you will never throw anything away! 🤭🤭🤭

However, last night I watched you make your first ever master board on a live you did, and I'm going to watch or re-watch all of the other videos of you making them. You are so right! I am already keeping a lot of things that I would have normally thrown away. I have already cut open a couple of food boxes to have on hand to make some no sew journals when I am ready. But good news, just this morning when I was looking through my supplies stash, I discovered that I do have a package of file folders from the DT. I just need to keep shopping my stash. LOL
