What kind of Wood do you use

Hello! The type of wood that is used in the video is birch! If you have just started with wood carving, it is better to choose softwood such as birch, linden, pine, willow or horse chestnut. These are easier to carve. Once you have become more experienced, you can use birch twigs, cherry wood, maple, apple, pear, olive or walnut. All of these have beautiful patterns and colors and give your objects new dimensions! Good luck!
