Nice walk Kev! I prefer Puerto del Carmen as there are great beaches and restaurants all in one strip! Playa Blanca is 2nd choice as the coastline is nice & Barcelo hotel there is fantastic!
First rule of Costa Teguise, have a walk around and get your bearings of where everything is, as there's much more than people realise, love the live music there, especially The Ska Duo, Wayne Harrison and some good Soul singers, love the place.
CT for me more chilled for a relaxing break, like that it is spread out a bit instead of one strip, that’s my opinion but everyone’s different so each to their own!👍
Went to Costa Teguise in May 2023, just for a week, stayed at a very good hotel - Oasis Lanz Beach Mate, would defo go back to this hotel. We did enjoy CT very much although it was quite quiet, there were a couple of very good bars in the square, one for cocktails and one for real ales some of which were locally brewed on the island. Biggest disappointment was it was extremely windy, for the entire week, we couldn't get on the beach, it was like being sat in the middle of a sandstorm - I know what old buildings feel like when they're being sand blasted. No wonder the resort has the nickname "COSTA BREEZY / BREEZY TEGUISEY"
Although it's a few years since we've been, we prefer to stay in Teguise, we always visit Playa Banca & PDC for the day but PDC is too lively for us, there's lots of good places to visit but people need to hire a car 😎
Hennessy's CT for a Guinness Kevin. I've found it more windy than pdc in the past, we're back on the 6th December for a week in pdc. Anyone recommend a good Guinness there?
Where in the Canary Islands would you recommend for Xmas with kids , thanks pal your videos help us choose where to go to next and get us though this s*it weather till our next trip
Believe it or not spraying WD40 on the soles of your trainers will stop the noise . Just leave it on for a few minutes and wipe it off and like new again .

Hi Kevin I've been to Costa Teguise once and, I can honestly say I just didn't gel with it. Don't know why but it just didn't do it for me.
I feel exactly the same about CT. PDC every time for me.

Heading to PDC on 8th Jan and hopefully visit the Sunday market in CT but definitely PDC for us.....👍
The Sunday market is held in the inland town of Teguise not the coastal resort of Costa Teguise. Buses run to the market from PDC👍
@GillianLloyd77 Cheers, that would have been embarrassing.....🤣

Although I have never stayed in Costa teguise I think PDC is alot better and if I had kids I probably go with Playa blanca second ,cheers kevin

The Sally Joans, on the upper level next to bar 67. At the Spoons end of the strip. Enjoy🍻

Lanzarotte
Tenerife, PDLA - by a country mile
For a clean, safe, low rise resort with a lovely beach, lots of restaurants, plenty of activities for families then PDC ticks all the boxes.
Where did you stay for the night Kevin?
Thb lanzarote beach room video is on channel ta
@@ScotsmaninTenerife cheers mate will have a look, already booked but always good to see other options, keep up the good work.👍
Hi Kevin
PDC every time

Costa Teguise bored the living daylights out of me when I visited. Puerto Del Carmen wins hands down.
Pdc aw day long
Exchange rate I get €1.68 😁.🥳
