  • I challenge Zach ‪@FowlersMakeryandMischief‬ to build the word's smallest micro house boat that has all the amenities including cooking, sleeping, and so much more. Join me on this adventure while I work to building the most epic house boat, or pontoon boat that is fully equipped for overnight.

Zach Fowler Tiny Houseboat Part 2: • Solar Tiny Houseboat B...
I got this tiny boat for free and and challenged myself to build a house boat that was beautiful, functional, and cheap enough to build. With the help of a bit of new material, and a lot of reused scavenged material, I will turn it into a luxurious solo micro house boat.

"Self-Reliance" is an 1841 essay written by American transcendentalist philosopher and essayist Ralph Waldo Emerson. It contains the most thorough statement of one of Emerson's recurrent themes: the need for each individual to avoid conformity and false consistency, and follow his own instincts and ideas. This channel will approach self reliance from a modern perspective. and will focus on various build projects using modern amenities, and tools to build a completely self reliant lifestyle.

Full stop. I appreciate how you don’t let ice and snow get in the way of your plans! I hate cold and probably miss out on some great opportunities

full stop. Now imagine floating on an iceberg in Newfoundland, enjoying a few McDonald’s cheeseburgers-or an Egg McMuffin with Canadian Bacon & a nice hot toddy made with iceberg water & a splash of your world-famous maple syrup! “Yes, b’y, that’s the ticket!”

Full stop... Kevin you're probably the only person that would go to McDonald's and ask for a bunch of cheese burgers, but don't cook or assemble them." I want to do that myself, because I am the modern self reliance guy." I doubt a FYO McDonald's at home kit would ever officially join the ranks of other celebrity meals like Cardi B, Travis Scott, J Balvin, BTS, Saweetie and Mariah Carey. The expression on the McDonald employees faces must of been priceless though.

Full Stop 😂🤣😂 forgive me for laughing at everything that goes wrong 👍 To me that's what makes it interesting, how we handle the unplanned and unscheduled events, big and small. Great build, hope to see it brought back out for another adventure when the lake thaws!

Full Stop. Glad the pontoon idea worked in stabilizing the houseboat. The doors could be left open and maybe a fold down roof added to have a covered porch to keep rain and snow out. Or use canvas to extend walls and roof to give more room at the back and open doors to make side walls. Or add a large umbrella that could be folded like a Sunbrella.

Full stop. I alway watch your videos from beginning to end. Great job on the boat! I live in Maine just a few miles from Zack. I have been thinking about building a house boat to do just what you were talking about , although I don’t think I would park it in front of one of the McMansions though. My thought is to pick up a cheap pontoon boat and turn it into a cool house boat.

Kevin, I hope you never change. Your videos always make me smile, which is a pretty rare thing, and I always get enjoyment from watching everything you do. I can't wait until your next project. I'm so glad I found your channel I think last year? Feels like way longer though.

Full stop! I love watching your videos, because my late hubby John was also always building stuff with used materials. He was very creative, I call that way of thinking outside the box “MacGyvering”. I used to love to watch him build and construct and help him if I could. He actually listened to my ideas if I had any and tried them out and if they were better than his own, he’d admit that and compliment me. I miss him a lot but watching you build all kinds of stuff brings back so many beautiful memories, that the missing hurts less. So thank you for that Kevin ❤

Full stop always, 2 to 3 times for every vid and sharing. "If you are going to fail, fail quickly" helps me so much to reduce fear of failure and try something. Learning is not a failure its a gain. If evey project or task went seamless and perfect, then I would be an underachiever as that ment only certain tasks were attempted to ensure perfection. Never learning, thats the biggest failure.
