Thank goodness for this video! We dug this out of the attic much after my grandmother had passed and I had no idea how to use the darn thing! I was trying to use the ruler on the top and load the paper into the blade channel, lol. Thanks again!
I was using the cutter on top of a cutting mat. I was trying to even out 1/8" strips. The cutter slipped and ruined it. Now I'm going to tack down the cutter and see if that works.
I saw you video while looking for info about the fiskars rotary ruler. But, I’m more interested in your items you make using the ruler. I’m a quilter and my husband (and his dad) fly RC planes. Do you have tutorials on your wing bags? Would love to see those!
i got the 12 x 12 today picked it up at joanns and it was already 50% off so it came down to $36.04 had to watch a video to make sure i was using it correctly. hope you like it.
@@flyingrcdotnet Thanks. I have a paper cutter too but it is not accurate and I loved the idea of putting the scale exactly on top of line where you can cut. But if you are using it, can you try on paper and see if you can cut exactly on a drawn line?

WOW! You made that easy to understand. I've been looking for a video on this tool and your video is just the ticket! Thank You!
I just ordered this item based on your review. I too was afraid to use the handheld cutter. Thanks for the great review!
how do you like it Darleen?

I would think that 1/8" strips is going to be difficult for any tool I have seen. Fabric just isn't stable enough to cut such thin pieces.
What would you recommend for me; i am cutting strips over the width of 150 cm from lycra. Is there a larger device that I can use on the table?

No tutorials on the wing bags. I'm too busy making them but might do some video on them later on.
Can you please tell me where I can buy one of these cutters. Thankyou
Amazon and just about any big sewing-related web site

thank you just what i needed to know
can i cut paper/photo paper with this for precise cuts?
I have my doubts as everything said about it is for use with fabrics.
