Greens are very good for health as they contain abundance of fiber and iron content. Malabar spinach is very tasty if this type of curry is made out of it. Use both leaves and stem in the curry, without throwing away the stems. This tastes good with rice and rice rotis, rice balls etc.. Use as fresh Malabar spinach. That taste good.
Ingredients:-
Malabar spinach
Horse gram 1cup
Coconut oil 2-3sp
Dry red chilli 12
Coriender seed 6sp
Mustard seeds 4sp
Greated coconut
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder
Jaggery
Tamarind
For tempering
Coconut oil 1sp

My husband likes Malabar spinach and he sometimes adds it in omelet (we are eggtarians) otherwise I take most of them out as weed. After watching your video I feel guilty for my act. My husband always tells me this plant is a health promoter. I didn't know how to use this plant except in omelet.. I'm going to try this recipe. Very much appreciate this recipe. Mahalo.

I never used to prepare only basale bcz I get cold, but u r adding horse gram then the combination will be balanced and nothing will happen.in other greens I will add maximum five six leaves.thamma now I am waiting to prepare ur method.👍
