Not trying to be a minsung anti- I like minsung. But another potential reason why Lee Know didn’t react right away was because he was in shock. He wasn’t expecting it to actually happen
I'm not sure but if you look closely the first shot(9:02), it kind of looks like Jisung did the sound first and tiny kiss later, then Lino reacted, which adds to he wasn't expecting it and maybe thought it was going to end with just the teasing sound and not actually happen. But the angle and the blurry quality makes it no so clear to tell

Minhos reaction wasn’t delayed! If you pay attention Han makes a kiss noise before (possibly teasingly) but only gives him a small peck at the end//that’s when Minho reacts. Also if you notice minhos heart rate actually goes down when Han hugs him, most likely in comfort. I think his heart-rate only went up after the kiss for 2 possible reasons. 1. when he pulled away quickly (body reacting to sudden movement) 2. He was in shock (also the members reacting to his heart rate going up could make it raise higher)

And what made me more thoughtful was how SURE he was that it would make minho's heart race, there was no hesitation in the choice, and the way minho just doesn't make any kind of protest also makes me very thoughtful. Minhos reaction wasn’t delayed! If you pay attention Han makes a kiss noise before (possibly teasingly) but only gives him a small peck at the end//that’s when Minho reacts. Also if you notice minhos heart rate actually goes down when Han hugs him, most likely in comfort. I think his heart-rate only went up after the kiss for 2 possible reasons. 1. when he pulled away quickly (body reacting to sudden movement) 2. He was in shock (also the members reacting to his heart rate going up could make it raise higher)

I thought you were going to add the clip where Jisung is hugging MinHo from the back (the kids are in line) gets close to his neck and Minho tries to get away from his lips. Because this is one of the first things scenes that came to my mind when I saw this, Lino showed many times before that he's sensitive to light touches (like when Seungmin and Felix had to guess the kids blindfolded and only touching)
For me I was shocked when han kissed lee know but was 1000000% more shocked with the lack of reaction from the members? Like WHAT?
at the minute 7:31 It doesn't look like a kiss it's more like a hickey but if you think about it a hickey can't be done in such a short time it took about 2 seconds what I think is that hickey was there from before and that's why they have looked both the neck and I look for the place, clearly in 2 seconds you cannot leave a mark like a hickey, in another video you can see the mark, that's why I say it.
I saw that moment and said how long do we have to wait for this analysis because this is like whoa 😍 I compare this with the JiLix kiss where Han was playful and flirty yet adamant that he didn't want it. Lee Know has the cat's reflexes! He is usually quick as lightning. And here evidently his body reacted after the kiss. He was clearly in shock but more because Han dared to kiss him in front of the cameras and not because of the kiss itself.
Also the rate of heart increases bcz of that shock and panic from cameras are here , not from kiss itself .
