When I was a younger i use to listen to my dads heartbeat and fall asleep on him this reminds me of him. Hes not dead I'm just to fat to lay on him no more also he would push me off ❤
how to imagine you're cuddling with someone you love: Step 1: get a pillow step 2: get your phone step 3: find a comforting heart beat sound on youtube that plays for an hour step 4: lay on your pillow hugging it step 5: place your phone speaker side up towards your ear under your pillow step 6: sweet dreams
Wow this helps??? My heart constantly beats fast and I do everything from deep breaths to rubbing my chest and patting it. I hate how I can feel it in my chest
You know when you were small and you would fall asleep with your mom? When I did that I’d always listen to her heartbeat to fall asleep. She’s not dead btw I just don’t fall asleep with her anymore. I miss it
Strange. I once accidentally heard my mom's heartbeat for like a second, because she hugged me weird and was extremely disturbed for the next 2 weeks. I can't listen to any heartbeat except my partner's
The sound gives me bad memories, but comforts me at the same time. The heart beat reminds me of things that happened when I was younger, only able to hear my own heartbeat during my panicking, the fear I felt then comes back, but it comforts me at the same time. Like, when you've been panicking for a while, and someone finally comes along to help you, and they hug you, you can hear their heartbeat and it slows yours to a decent pace, and you slowly fall asleep.
I've had dreams about having a pet dragon. I was sleeping in bed and my pet draggy climbed up on the bed and laid down beside me. He nudged at me and I looked at him and he rolled on his back and patted his chest. I insisted and shuffled over and cuddled him and put my ear against his chest. Listening to his beating heart just pumping away to keep the draggy alive and well and satisfy me with the sounds it makes. It felt like I was in heaven. I just...really really love the sound of a beating heart.
You remind me of myself when I was a kid. A wild imagination. It was so fun! dragons and wolves were the main creatures I’d daydream about. nowadays if I’m listening to this audio id just imagine a significant other though LMAO when ur lonely 💔
I know this is 3 months old, but I'm here literally about to have anxiety attack because of this and everybody in comments is just talking about how they came from tiktok..
I have PTSD and I can’t sleep with loud noises in my ear- it causes panics, anxiety, and even flashbacks sometimes- so I put it under a pillow and a little stuffie I sleep on, then turn the volume down a bit so it’s like you’re really sleeping on someone’s chest- not too loud but can hear it enough to help. It also helped induce dreams about my crush h a h a- I also turn off auto play and turn phone brightness all the way down and don’t put it on charge so it doesn’t overheat!
My nana would let me take a nap with her and I just loved listening to her heart beat it was heaven but when she passed away I wasnt able to so that anymore so when I found this, i was so happy i was able to sleep without waking up and crying because she wasnt there for me.. thanks for unloading this.. it helps a lot expectedly for people that have lose loves ones and nap times
I have autism. I am aware of how easily I get overwhelmed and panic. Sometimes it gets this bad, I stay in bed an entire day and listen to these videos in the dark. Overstimulation is a strange concept. And even stranger is what bizarre things/sounds/smells/.. help you calm down again. Thank you for uploading this video. I specifically like the slow heartbeats. I have been falling asleep to this video the past two days. I am not certain if I could have without.
POV: you came here form tiktok cause you wanted to pretend it’s your anime crushes chest your laying on to sleep peacefully for once- Also play if 0.5 for a slow heart beat so it’s more soothing like it’s actually sleeping
I love this! This plus some soft shushing would knock me out. I think it comes from my mom shushing me with my head on her shoulder to comfort me when I was little.
I looked this up thinking that most people looked it up for newborns, to soothe them, but I am surprised to see that most of us looked for this for anxiety reasons. I can't explain the comfort I feel in knowing I am not the first or the only person who looked this up to comfort me as an adult. As a child, I had a bear that had my mom's heartbeat in it for when she was away for long periods of time... I gave the bear to my niece recently. It was the best decision I have ever made, but here I am... Thank you all for helping me feel less alone. And may you all be blessed with comfort and ease during your good times and your bad. Good luck
We all look for comfort in some way, some people don’t or can’t understand why we take comfort in the things that help, but the people who take comfort in the same things you like completely understand, you will never be alone, there will always be one person who takes comfort by the things you like. 🙂🥲🫂💖
I listen to this to fall asleep. I put on headphones, on the ear ones, get cuddled up on a 1 person couch with a blanket over the top and a fan pointing a me, either ceiling fan or just a big fan. It's really helpful actually. Some of you here for panic attacks might try it sometime, it might help.

Yes! I’ve seen that mixing this with whatever is comfortable is really soothing... my friend and I both attempted shifting and she got super close and started to smell burnt wood *her sign for being in her DR *slytheren comen room fire* and said her safe word and shot up.. it’s very surreal when u start to feel the weight of somones hands or touch but unable to actually feel them touching you. I’ve never shifted and haven’t gotten that close besides a extremely faint scream of my name and feeling tence in areas like my shoulders and hips like somone was holding me tight towards them.
I need advice ive been trying to shift fir a month now and I just cant do it. Ive tried all the methods and nothing. I'm losing hope. I just want to go home. How do you do it
I have autism and get very overstimulated with my ears. Whenever I do (its usually before bed because I'm mostlu shutting down) I also find heartbeats comforting. I would always listen to my bfs heartbeat. (Sadly we broke up) So this video really helped. I've been listening to it for almost a weel straight to sleep. :]
In a life-threatening situation, the average person’s heartbeat can be upwards of 175 beats per minute. A well-trained tango is able to stay cool, keep calm. Their heartrates can be 70 to 100 beats per minute. But by the time I’m done, that number goes down to zero.
When I was a younger i use to listen to my dads heartbeat and fall asleep on him this reminds me of him.

How do you do it
@@milliespringer2372 shifting takes a lot of time, I’ve came close but never done it. Keep trying, try make up your own methods whatever helps.
me too
When I'm crying this is my comfort.
I didn’t even come here from TikTok or anxiety, I just like the sound.
Needs to be slower to be honest...
slow it down
Make it 0.75x, see if that helps.
thats bradicardie
you can change video speed
then slow it down

In a life-threatening situation, the average person’s heartbeat can be upwards of 175 beats per minute. A well-trained tango is able to stay cool, keep calm. Their heartrates can be 70 to 100 beats per minute. But by the time I’m done, that number goes down to zero.
Thank you for posting this it's very soothing
That moment when your heartbeat goes in sync with the vid 🤠
