@@tolucamexico1412 I think it’s important to understand the difference between fitness and match fitness. It takes time to build up the level of stamina for b2b. Keep at it and eventually you’ll get there. Don’t give up!

For example whenever there is a corner, I use the breath in quick and 9 second breathe out method. Lowering heart rate and recovering for a bit

I would practice what I did wrong that day. What mistakes and create scenarios and try to score. It’s really helped me I hope it helps you

I totally respect any box-to-box player the most, they need to have massive lungs and run so much. They pretty much never have the time to rest and need to move up and down all the time while having one of the most important jobs on the pitch.

This was my first time watching. I’m subscribed. This was so entertaining and I imagined myself playing as though this was myself. It’s great mind training and can be just as good as actually training because you’re visualizing the real thing. You’re such an amazing player too and you have so much juice in you.
These videos are extremely fun and addictive to watch. I wonder why this guy is the only one doing this. It would be amazing to watch first person view on the best players in a big tournament (I do understand that it might not be that comfortable to wear a camera during a match though). While these videos are really fun, it does look like the opponents are playing on a really low level. The camera guy is way faster than everyone on the pitch. The opponents look like they have no idea what they are doing.
