The idea of making songs to memorize the numbers is so good. I managed to memorize the first hundred thanks to the song that was made by AsapSCIENCE. It's called "The Pi Song (100 digits of pi)". The rhythm of the song help a lot. But even so I'm very impressed by her accomplishment!! And the look on her face at the end she was so proud of herself.
This was really impressive, and you provided invaluable study techniques to enhance rote memorization skills. Plus, I also like that you donated your winnings to charity. Way to go, Ms. Munchie! :D

In the past year, I leaned over 5,000 things about geography related stuff such as countries, country flags, country capitals, country outlines, country populations, and all that with States too. Then, I had nothing else to learn. Now because of you, I leaned the first 150 digits of pi in like 2 days. Still not as impressive as 500, but still keeping the geography in my brain is what makes it seem cool enough.
I think the best tip to take away from this is that you need to know your own mind and what helps you most when retaining information. For me, numbers stick really well with groups of 3, patterns, and food. By food, I mean that if I eat a food while looking at something, I will then associate that thing mentally with that food. For example, I watched this video while eating chips. I will now always think of this video when I think of that type of chips and vice versa. Also can we just appreciate Michelle taking the time to do this and all the content that she and Zack make ❤
I like to draw, and when I look back at my drawings, I think of things that happened while I made the drawing. That’s kinda like what you said about chips😅
math was my favourite subject in school. seeing you memorise all the PI numbers and seeing u do all the math questions with such an easy method makes me wanna do math again

It took me more than a month to memorize 56 digits of pi (and being able to say it well). I still am learning more digits, although I know I'll never use that many digits of pi in my life, haha. You used so many helpful memory techniques, and the fact that you used them to memorize 500 digits in one day is absolutely incredible!
One day I decided to learn 100 digits of pi. I got up to about 40 I think. Every few days when I remembered about my goal lol, I would add on another group of numbers. When I recite the numbers in my head, I always group them together. So I remembered (and still remember after like a year lol) 3.14159 26535 8979323 846264 3383279 502884 197 That’s what I got up to before forgetting about it. My strategy to remember it was just to repeat it over and over. Also, I’m pretty good at remembering numbers which would probably help.

We have this competition at school on pi day to see how many numbers you can memorize. Most ppl don’t care. (The prize is a pi shirt) last year I memorized 176 (or something like that) digits of pi. And this year I got 192. But this took me like a week or so, the fact that she can do it in 24 hrs is CRAZY and I know what it feels like (except the 24hr part- ). I had a pi competition at my school and one of my friends got 374 dights of pi but we had 2 months and I know 102 digits but I remember a song that has 100 digits of pi in it and it is called the pi song if that helps. It was. Great experience and every night for the 2 months in the competition I listened to the song before I went to sleep and it really help. I hope you all have a very blessed day a stay❤😊

I started a day before you posted this video and now I am up to 136 digits! It’s really not as hard as I looks and I use the song method and I make up my own songs! Edit: I just got to the part where Zach says that we don’t understand what she is saying but I think my brain works similarly to Michelle’s, and I’m horrible at explaining things. 😂 I really want to learn how to become a human calculator just like Michelle!
