Actually, if you first load your sample into the PCMSynth, then bring up the sample editor from there (long-press "level" button) and do the "find root" and press done, it'll automatically set it as your root in the PCM. See my "sampling a wine glass" tutorial for an example. Lots of love Doug, rock on.

Caustic App I’m saving my sample in the wav editor but then when I long press sample and try to import in PCM synth, nothing shows up in the default folder
