1) why girl did not raise alarm when money was given to him and misused it
2) if that boy says that girl was psycho in nature and always threated to do suicide then case will loose its strength he can say that as this is registered marriage he needed sometime to convince his parents and later he had plan to take her but before that she took this step
3) No where it was discussed nor shown proof from girl points of view that boy is bad and tortured or harassed kind
4) Boy is ready to give back the money so it will still weaken the case as he can argue as not money minded only because of bad time he depended on her
Finally i can say though culprit is boy but main roles was played by her mother which is happening these days and causes for all the crimes.
