A story about someone you thought you used to know. Originally this song was supposed to be a vampire story. A twist on the classic fantasy love story, where the monster falls for someone, but cannot deny his nature, and ends up devouring his love. But with the footage I think it changed into something else entirely. More of a disconnect between nostalgia and reality, and the cold feeling of having to bury the past. This footage was taken two years apart, and it was just by chance that I was wearing the same sweatshirt and same hairstyle. Luckily it really fit for the vibe of this video.

Loved the color-related metaphors throughout the song. Contrasting palettes for the shots of the nostalgic road trip and the "present tense"/flower shots really contributed to the sensory journey. And of course, an excellent vocal performance as always. Keep up the fantastic work!
