What a gorgeous new facility! Congrats on the move. I hope you guys will start doing public tours again this year. My buddy and I were hoping to do one when we came to Chicago for VCF Midwest, but you were just about to move at the time. Fair enough, but man I'd love to see the place some day.

Looking great - so nice to see this company expanding and pushing pinball to the future! Just got a Godzilla Pro for our youth center and it is such a high intensity fast moving game. Introducing the next generation of kids to pinball is a blast.

250k SF is absurd, good grief
I love my Stern machines! That said, I hope you had the foresight to have a clause in your lease to allow you to downsize. A 2.5 fold increase is a massive jump when machine prices are plummeting post COVID.
One could argue some new customers were brought in during COVID when everyone was starved for entertainment and unable to get out. But that’s over, so I’d be re-thinking such a massive expansion considering the rent you must be paying.
Stern has 90% of the market share. They will be fine.
Price went up mostly because of the shortage caused by covid. They have caught up, so the secondary market prices went down to where they should be. There are still people buying a lot of machines, but now they have the proper supply.
