  • Gary Price, Salisbury Cathedral's Clerk of Works was tasked with replacing the faulty anemometer on top of the 404foot high Salisbury Cathedral- the highest medieval spire in Europe. Filming using a GoPro Hero4 Black he and the steeplejack Phil Scorer captured the amazing views above Salisbury.

      Those guys were amazing builders with the equipment they had to work with..basic tools.

    I would love to go back in time and see how they went about building that high? Timber scaffold of sorts ? Incredible!

    The problem with spiral staircases. They jumped spiral out of control.
