- In today's #ASMR video I take you through a 60-minute closed eyes relaxation session where I create a series of mental exercises that you can complete without the need to look at your device. All exercises throughout this video can be completed with your eyes closed. The sole purpose of this video is to help you fall asleep easier and relax quicker. Throughout the video, you can find mathematic and word-based tests as well as light triggers and other miscellaneous instructions. Thank you so much for 500 subscribers, I hope you enjoy this video!

Funny how we are all so different. I seldom watch any ASMR done by females. The only female ASMR creator I really enjoyed was Heather Feather who doesn’t make videos anymore. I wholeheartedly respect any ladies making ASMR content and I am positive it’s great, but the bass and depth in a males voice/whisper compared to females is just so much more relaxing for me. 😭
I thought I was alone feeling this way. I have a hard time finding ASMR made by men that make me feel comfortable and safe. Some thing about his energy gravitated me in to click on this video. I’m glad I did.

Can I just say, I often find that other channels make their backgrounds super bright, which makes it hard for me to sleep to certain asmrtists, but not only are the quality of these videos absolutely stellar, they’re the perfect light level for me to fall asleep. I love these videos and rewatch them a lot because after a long day of being anxious about whether or not I’m doing the right thing, or if I messed up, or worrying I’m not doing enough, it’s nice to go to sleep and hear someone say “good job”. But also I’m someone who’s not used to compliments or affection so I get easily overwhelmed and uncomfortable when complimented a lot, so when I watch those asmr videos that are nothing but affirmations and compliments I get over whelmed. This is the perfect balance. I get relaxing asmr and get to hear someone say “you did good” without it being overwhelming.
The pinned comment is hilarious. I watch both men and women doing asmr no one has ever freaked me out just bc they were a certain gender. Your voice is soothing and that's all I need. This was great, helped me sleep after a long day. 🥰

Usually I avoid talking asmrs (nothing against the people who do them, I just can never sit through them, I get distracted easily), BUT THIS ONE??? YOU??? I felt so safe and calm and you were so kind and helpful through the entire video (the scenario was AMAZING, coming from an active daydreamer) 😩 I’ve been so stressed lately with exams and I was looking for new asmr videos to watch and when I came across this one I was like “sure let’s see what this is all about” and I do NOT regret it…I will now be saving this video to rewatch it every night so THANK YOU!!! Also the fact that you gave options through the video and said to do what we felt was comfortable (and even reassured us constantly) made me feel so safe and actually helped with my anxiety 😭💙💙

omg... the light trigger was so unique and effective with my eyes closed, it reminded me of going to sleep on long road trips with my family and seeing the lights of other cars and signs and stuff through my eyelids. really tingly, and i usually don't get tingles at all!

The feeling of being half asleep in the back of my dad's car when I was younger on the way to France and seeing the lights pass by as we went through a tunnel hit different. Ive never been comfortable with most male asmr until finding your videos. Now you are seriously my favourite artist and I listen every night to help me sleep. Don’t listen to the pinned comment. One person might not make a difference, but for one person you are the difference.
The funniest part about this to me is the times I did open my eyes, I’d see him looking straight at me so I felt like I got caught every time
Edit: I’d like to clarify that I was still very relaxed even when he was looking into the camera. You know it’s relaxing when the eye contact itself is soothing.

Y’all maybe I’m just new around here, but I’ve never seen this kind of “keep your eyes closer” ASMR before! The light trigger at the beginning is genius, I won’t lie- the fact that y’all utilized the fact that if we were facing the screen, we’d still be able to see the light with our eyes closed because it be bright was really cool.
