absolutely right I got this and it was like using a flip phone I made 1 RUclips vid with it. the same day I just for fukk sake tried my S7 Edge camera instead and it's much better quality.

I just bought this camera and I love it. Mine came with an adapter that made it to where you could attach optical zooms and different lenses. Mine came with a 12x zoom and a wide angle lens. My audio is fine on mine... it looks to me like the error is in the upload.
that's not true there's both a sensor problem and an audio problem.. it's not 24fps

Very good review. Awesome education you just gave me. I will consider the $$ I spent on it as tuition; for my continuing education. From this video I learned to check out reviews before buying from now on. I’ll save the camera to give to grandsons for Christmas. Besides that I was actually done buying products from China. Grrrr! Just come across this video, i have the same camcorder, bought it long time ago and use it for my videos for you tube, the sound is better when you stick a microphone on top of it which is what I do and can tell its a big difference, only thing about this camera is the light when you try film in the dark is not so good but great video
Does the AV connection allow you to transfer footage from a TV DVR to this camcorder?

Any Canon powershot or Nikon pocket digital camera will give you stunning audio and video quality and battery life. Smaller too. I would recommend a like new condition (used) from amazon.
What's with the audio not being synced up with the video???
I would like to know that as well. Why is the audio so LOW ? Was that a user processing error? Did he even acknowledge there was an issue? I can't tell.

Keep in mind, 24MP is NEVER for video. It is only a still photo measurement.
Ordered this camcorder and a tripod off Amazon for under 80 bucks total. I got it to record my kids football gms. Great cam for $55 bucks.
the audio lag is probably because when you film in 1080p it only films 15fps, and the bad audio is because it kinda needs an outside microphone

Works for me; I Use it to get lap times. Don't have to worry about leaving expensive equipment on the trailer. Just pull the sd card to the computer, no problem.
On Amazon it says that due to it's design it cant record audio. Hope this helps.

It seems like it’s ask or telling you that the SD card may not be installed or formatted. I know this sounds silly, but make sure you have a memory card installed and that it is the proper class for your camera. Hope that helps.

Why does it say 24.0 megapixels if it records in 1080 p?!
That is the processes between the camera and the recording. The camera will produce 24 megapixels, and the bottle-neck is the recording processor maximum resolution is 1080p. Because of the difference in resolution, the algorithm takes the average of pixels and creates the image to be stored. This is a restriction based on the maximum size of the files and processor speed of the hardware chosen to build - which of course cost is an issue.

I recently got this camera for chistmas but I can't seem to find the Ip for it so I can connect it to my computer any idea what the ip is?

I finally ended up with a similar model of that, used, with the shiny front ring, but mine has removeable microphone and external mic jack,.....the video,....definitely best put on 720 P for 30 frames per second. It has the 5mp cmos sensor, NOT the 8mp ccd sensor of others, which of course a cmos sensor is not as good, has more noise. using internal microphone that is pointed sideways in the area where the screen folds onto, that is not good, the sound, the basic problem with these cheap cameras. The only way to improve sound is to remove the grill over the microphone,...I did it to one of my bestekers by removing the plate with the buttons and drilling out the hole to complete round, there is a tube leading to the outside,...THAT improved sound pickup alot, but still not perfect, until I rigged up a small kerosene plastic funnel with straws leading to the "hole", funnel pointing forward,...not pretty, but it was fantastic, like an external microphone. As long as someone can get 30fps, at 720p, I feel these cheap cameras do "okay", and a good starter camera, like you said in a way. Of course, I also own the z20 model besteker,.....it has wifi, 30fps even on 1080p, with external microphone, can take wide angle/closeup lense, and the main front lense is convex, not a flat piece of glass protecting what is inside,.....just quality, or quality enough. I am gonna use that for some youtube videos to start out, showing me repairing my vehicles. If someone uses that camera in the video, like the lower end one I mentioned, at 1080p,...you get only 15 fps, or maybe its 14fps, .....not good, choppy video.

I agree. I was very disappointed with this product. The audio is horrible. It's sleek, it looks the part but it does not deliver.

even the version that comes with an external mic is shit. Muggins here got one thinking it was a bargin, and is now stuck with it. So im having to learn to use audio clean up software before I can upload content with it. *sigh* More work, which is TOTALLY un-nesassary if it was built properly in the first damn place
Oh dear, the sound is horrible!! I have not owned a camcorder in like 20 years nor seen a review in a while but I would at least think they would do better even though it is cheap. Seriously, I would not buy this as a gift for any loved one😎😎😎😎😎

Idk about the one he is demonstrating in this video but yes you can plug in a shotgun mic for better sound. I ordered one that came with a shotgun mic and wide angle lense. The only issue you will run into is the one he shows here doesnt have a hotshoe so you would have to use a bottom rail to mount the mic. Check out ebay. These cameras are all over ebay and if you look enough you will find them with the mic and lens as a package. I paid $60 for mine brand new and i just ordered another one about an hour ago that has the mic and lens kit as well. These are great camera and the night mode is actually really good. Obviously the one hes using is a basice model but you can find the upper tier models for a great price. Im currently looking to buy a third one on ebay. For what i use them for they are great. I have a few of the cheapo generic mini cams that go for $27.99 on ebay and the Besteker beats them out all day.. Ive decked mine out with stabilizer handles and production lights and IR lights and they work great. I will say that i have been scared to put a 64gb card in mine but since he just said it works fine ill use a 64 from now on. That was news to me
