Bryan, it's pronounced "REE--NEH". It means "Reincarnation" in Japanese. The song is based on a Japanese horror movie about a professor who was obsessed with trying to witness human souls (to prove to himself that reincarnation exists). He killed 11 people and then himself at a hotel and filmed their deaths with an 8mm movie camera to try and "capture" the souls leaving the bodies. Peace out.
Kanami is a genius songwriter and arranger. Her sense for what to do and when to, is almost always spot on. When you add in her machine like output rate of almost an album ever year consisting of around 13 tracks each, you know you’ve got a force of nature here. Infact according to the “Different” interview, she already has a whole library of tracks always ready to be released, if need be with just a few adjustments before finalising.it. That’s how Different came to be. In their recent “Unseen world” interview, both Misa and Saiki have revealed that they’re learning to write songs as well. Their songwriting will only get better and faster as long as their creative direction is well managed and aligned.
Misa and Saiki writing songs??? ah... that's why the new album got 2 themes, back to the root and progressive dammit!!! cant wait for their new album XD

In a magazine interview about the accompanying album 'Conqueror', Akane talked a bit about the process of making the album. The best excerpt from it: - Kanami: Akane, what is your highest tempo on drums? - Akane: 170, maybe 180 bpm. - Kanami then sent her a demo with 190 bpm. Not only ultra talented but also equipped with humor! Now you may guess which song was talked about... Correct! And I think the result shows, Akane has mastered this task with waving flags. 🤘
Yes, 190bpm, and "Different" is over 200bpm! Then, as you might already know, A-chan (drum) said that "BLACK HOLE" in their new album Unseen World was the hardest ever even for her 😲(P_O)🕊❣

A lot of people who react to bandmaid say basically the same stuff. Their song writing isnt exactly new or even complicated, but its structured in such a perfect way that makes it unique. Its crazy to me that kanami does pretty much all of it, her knack for writing is completely out of this world. The members already hyped her up for her songwriting for their new album in a recent interview and you know damn well i cant wait to hear it
Kanami is sadistic. With the new song, she asks the members to improve their skills. For that reason, Akane bought a lot of bananas and worked hard on muscle training. MISA saved the liquor and bought a 5-string bass, and Saiki spent money on voice training to produce high notes. So what do you think Kanami did? She just cut short bangs that got in the way when she danced while playing the guitar. Miku paid an extra monthly fee to her teacher.
You have a few days to watch a studio live of "After Life" from their new album before the link is taken down. It starts with the girls talking about it with English subs. Just be warned! Akane has been practicing to improve her "weaknesses": ruclips.net/video/XEzqkU8Zako/видео.html&feature=share

This method IS their success...IMHO.
