      Yes we had a few good finds. We are getting better at seeing interesting things on the beach. It takes a bit of time to get your eye in and to know what you are looking at. I am sure we are still missing things that a more experienced person would see.

    You gotta love efficient train systems. I love the ones in Japan.
    It's so weird just seeing that many broken pipes littering the shore like that. Must be millions of them out there...

      Yes places with efficient train systems are great to visit. Would love to visit Japan one day. There are millions of pipe pieces in the Thames. I have just read that when the pipe stems became blocked with tar the stems where broken off so you could continue to use the pipe. That explains why there are so many small pieces on the foreshore.

      We are getting used to the look of the foreshore after many visits. Things are beginning to pop out at us when we concentrate. We are lucky that so many mudlarks are kind enough to help us identify the things we find.
