    Glad for all the tips. So sorry you are having a rough time of it. I have not had the surgery yet.
    I have a low pain tolerance uh oh! Are you doing much walking now? Maybe your body is just so shocked from all the change. Brain fog can be a sign of dehydration so watch those symptoms and call the Dr. if it continues.

      Definitely! Walking is a must! Lol it's not all bad. I'm back to being me today, so that's awesome. I wish you the best of luck with your surgery- when is it?

      @@heaftygirlweightloss351 Go for second nutrition visit/weigh in today.I have a 3 month diet,3 nutritionist visits (15 min. each),endoscopy, psych eval, then meet surgeon.I estimate end aug. Just getting a Bi-Pap machine end of this week as discovered severe apnea. All seeming scarey..Glad to hear u feel better today.

    Did you try doing half water and have Premier Protein; that helped me get it down the first few weeks.
