When I was going through Military Entry there was a guy who said he didn’t understand why he was there. He said he had used every drug imaginable. Sure enough; a couple of hours later they pulled him out and sent him packing. Thing is, he had told his recruiter all about it. Needless to say his recruiter got into a LOT of trouble.

The candidate who listed their driver's license as a "professional certification" made me laugh. Many years ago I was driving a taxi in my town and had a long stretch of picking up fares to go to the civilian personnel office (CPO) on the military base in our town. I finally asked someone what was going on with the run on the CPO office. Turns out the base was hiring summer help in the mess halls (dining rooms) on base. When I heard how much they were paying, I applied for one of the positions (the pay was more than double what I earned driving taxi). The lady at the referring agency informed me that I missed out - all the positions were filled for that year. Then she asked me if I had a driver's license because the transportation section of the base was still hiring drivers for short term work.
I was floored to realize that a driver's license could get me a job, even though I was driving taxis for a living. I got the job, was hired again the following year, but for a much longer duration. The second summer one of my duties was bringing mail from the base to the recruiting office in another city an hour away. Before I finished that duty for the first week I was recruited and headed for basic training three weeks after my contract on the base ended. I will never forget how great it was to get a really good paying job just because I had a driver's license! The difference in the quality of my work environment from driving a taxi to driving on the base was incredibly surprising. Mind you I went from being the youngest driver at the taxi company to being the "Grandma" of my recruit school platoon at 25.

Back during my college days I was working in a fast food chain and in my training I fucked up an order of hot pepper fries, instead I gave the client some regular fries. Anyways, the manager being understanding let it slide with a warning, saying that kinda mistakes happen regularly and even him made it when he first started. Fast forward a couple of months I was killing it and this annoying guy from my class needed a job so I reccomended him and they were interviewing him, during the interview I stopped by to see how things were going and the manager joked that he better not make the same mistake with the fries and the dude replies "ha! What kind of moron does that, what an fucking idiot" INFRONT OF THE MANAGER AND VERY LOUD. The manager stood dumbfounded and just said "well, I think that will be all, we'll call you". The manager after he left said "don't you bring no more idiots like him here" laughing his ass off

I can train anyone to do anything. But, I am not allowed to hire anyone, or to be specific, I don't let myself do any hiring. I can be too trusting or tend to give too many benefit of doubts.
Usually, what I will do is send them to a good buddy of mine, that is still in my industry just has a different company. Anyways we share people a lot and I do a lot of training for them. But, if their sent to me its kind of end of the line and I am their last chance.
Anyways, he's patient and can usually see right thru people. He will hire people and give them a chance. I got lucku and was his first and I proved all his colleagues wrong. In fact I opened a ton of doors for myself that are not easy in my world.
So you never know, my initial interview I bombed and to this day is the worst interview the organisation ever had and probably worst than this video. A year later I am a partner elsewhere and still and executive there. My buddy said I had passion and that's why he gave me a chance.
His second best employee had to bring his daughter and our director was tricked into babysitting while the interview was conducted.
Than again, I have watched interviews from some of the most impressive people on paper and in person they never last or just suck...

I've had issues with background checks before. Years ago, I was evicted from an apartment. I had meant to break the lease but missed some paperwork and the company couldn't get a hold of me. It went to court but I didn't contest it and the whole thing ended uneventfully.
Years later, I'm applying for a lease on another apartment and they said my background check came back with a forced entry charge, from that apartment complex. So I go ask them about it and even though it's been a while they remember me and confirm that the only court documents they filed were for the eviction. The county courthouse similarly had no record of the charge.
After a couple of days it turns out that the company the new apartments used to do their bg checks just reports an eviction as "forced entry", I guess because they're stupid, lazy, or apathetic. The lesson being, if something seems off, it probably is.

HauntedShadowsLegacy fyi the quran hasnt been changed lol, nobody can rewrite anything and try to force their beliefs upon people, as there are many highly educated islamic scholars out there. Islam doesn't teach misogyny, it actually teaches how to respect women, and manners as it is one of the key aspects of Islam. There's a reason why there's a very low amount of abortions, unwanted pregnancies from things such as one night stands, rape etc. It is because it's highly forbidden, and people have enough self love and wisdom to not sell themselves/portray themselves sexually to gain temporary fame or wealth.
Rather than settling on using false claims to try to 'prove a point', you should do some more research. Especially since you instantly jumped to Islam out of all religions, which you clearly have a limited knowledge of.

What you do in your own time shouldn't matter so long as it doesn't interfere with your work and especially if it's legal (in a lot if states it is, but you can still get fired for using it on your off days, which is just a psychotic level of compliance to expect).
