A powerful coastal storm is impacting the South Carolina coast today. This storm has brought record tide levels into Charleston. Many cars can be seen stranded and submerged in the floodwaters. The Charleston fire department was pushing through the floodwaters, and moved a vehicle with their wake. Water has even made its way into some businesses in downtown.

Florida seemed to have missed this one, still trying to recover from Ian still. I hope everyone is safe in Ga and the Carolinas. Can't understand people driving all around in flood waters.

Doesn't happen much or they're new to the area. I live in Houston and one of many who do not drive on flooded streets I can't see. Elevations change. Plus it destoys your car later on or you could just drown. Most of the sunken cars we observe in a Houston hurricane or a tropical storm are new to Houston and just don't know.

God sent jesus to be anointed with d Holy Spirit to set d captives free and bind up d broken hearted. D Holy Spirit brings d Day of vengeance (Day of d Lord) on d oppressors. Usa fulfilled the prophecy of Obadiah to break d eternal covenant of brotherly love made with God thru d shed blood of jesus christ. D blood covenant requires the blood of Ephraim (usa and Western nations of d Cross) to be shed. Its d nature of blood covenant. Restore d covenant by heeding Micah 6 :8. Time is very short to restore the covenant by heeding Micah 6 :8.

    • @AnAmericanGirl4Sure

There are no rules against stupidity. I've always said that when someone takes it upon themselves to put themselves in harms way, they need to be charged for ems to rescue them. I also have no sympathy for them. They put other's lives in danger. Some people are just wired to be that way.
I don't think most people were informed about the severity of this storm. I follow a few RUclips weather channels, and they've mostly been quiet. Though I've seen those same channels give endless updates about other weather events. But this also happened earlier this past summer when that hurricane hit Florida and came up.

On the news, Weather Channel, they always remind people do not drive through flooded streets when rough weather is approaching.
People always think their big truck or vehicle makes it through. Then few days later the engine, brakes, exhaust system is destroyed.

@heatherrobinson4460 I watch him as well but have been kinda bummed during this storm. His last video was 2 days ago. The one before that was a week ago. He was putting out a video every 2 days until then. But he's not come on once during this storm. Possibly, he has something going on. Who knows. After all, he's not a real weatherman, so he really doesn't owe anyone anything. But it seems like he doesn't give much attention to weather events on the East Coast.
