We freeze bud (I work on a weed farm) as soon as we pick it to keep it fresh for pressing so this makes total sense

Some countries eating fresh food all around a year is huge challange (impossible...comes expensive no season...need to bring far) so good trustworthy label of vegetables, berries, fruits, all ready made foods are really important.Other choice is dried ones, in can, powder like blueberries, coconut chips, vegetable mixes (huge freezer where store summer" s warm season treasures)

It would be best if you stopped demoralizing any oil other than olive and coconut oil. Sunflower, Canola, and even vegetable oils are good if you eat them in moderation. Some people can't use olive or coconut oil cause they could be allergic to it, and if you keep on shaming these other oils, it will ruin people's perspective of the alternatives.

Yeah learn about how they're made and what they're mixed with.
The oils you mentioned are obviously not good for you and if you can't eat olive/coconut then just use butter/ghee.

Some doctors recommend canola oil so it can’t be all that bad. I feel like we take people on RUclips too seriously sometimes without consulting the authorities on the matter

this is why you talk to a dietitian or nutritionist about your food questions
doctors do not deal with foods/nutrition.

My wife and I switched to frozen a while back and it was giving us the runs every time we cooked veggies. Would NOT recommend it.
