    Great video
    Are the rails on the footpocket stiff ? As in will they reduce flexibility of carbon blades ?

      No, they have quite standard stiffness. Though I haven't been using this footlocker with carbon blades

    do you have experience in Seac Motus fins? As I know they are little stiffer than Impulse. I want to buy Motus because I like more design but I am aware that Motus may be to stiff for beginner freediver who weight 73kg. People saying Impulse are medium-soft and Motus are more stiffer (more close to medium than Impulse but still medium-soft).

      No, I haven't tried them. But the softer, the better :)

      I found it hanging on the wall when I visited a diving shop near my place. I wonder if the brand is reliable or not. But thank you anyway for your reply, i’m no longer interest in them. Looking for forward to watching your good content!!! Cheers!

      Yes, for shallow dives, short fins can be used :) Though I would recommend Gara Sprint ruclips.net/video/ysTonNs-cX0/видео.htmlsi=hKYVxFOZkzG5TUyU

    I am trying to find an option to buy Cressi blades only but doesn't look like they are available. You can compete fins only or the choice of colors is very limited, amazon only

      It's definitely stiffer, compared to the carbon fins. But feel "softer" compared to any plastic fins that I tried 🙂

    I'm really concerned that when I saw someone on another channel bend the blade of one of these fins to show their flexibility, the blade did not snap back to pure vertical. It remained bent. I have had a pair of Cressi Rondine Gara freediving fins since 1988 (used for diving at least twice every month since then, and sometimes a lot more - well over 1,500 dives with them) and when I bend them right over, they snap immediately back to pure vertical. I've heard divers say only carbon fins will snap back to vertical like that, but my Gara Rondines are definitely old style plastic blades. I don't want any blade that doesn't 'snap back' to vertical after being bent so am very dubious about the Impulse range. What do you think about this?

    • @KAIZENFREEDIVING
      @KAIZENFREEDIVING  Год назад +2

      It snaps back, but not as easy and fast as carbon (or fibreglass). There is no question that carbon fins give better performance, but they are much more expensive and fragile
