With this test build i had proc chance + modifer links on. the modifer links drastically increases the damage output of the proc, but ontop of that, the build is designed to increase the damage of my weapon specials, so i have a massive increase to my bleeds from flaying + discipline aspect armor, it makes my bleeds do around 150% more damage. then i also have a 30% chance to cause my finishers to go off, which si a big deal when you instantly explode something, i could instantly get the big finisher off.
