Thanks for sharing! I do think they are going to level down a little bit the values of Intimidation and Inspiration but probably they are here to stay... The biggest change for me as a mid-spender is how I build Cele/hypos, instead of having several at S+, now I'm going to focus all into Phraesto and The Twins. Also for PvP... get a unit until P1 or just don't bother.
I think they just overdid it with Intimidation, and Inspiration. Either keep the slight stat padding they've added to paragons, and reduce Intimidation, and Inspiration to like 1% per paragon level... or, do away with Intimidation, and Inspiration altogether. This is just my opinion.
Those stats are just weird. Not even sure they planned for Support heroes to be that effective. It is not the instant win switch people make it though. Techies managed to beat many of the teams I set while at 1-2 Paragon disadvantage :-)
@@Wraecthe question is how much of being beat was not typically strong or invested teams. That really wasn’t clear from the video. I do want the ability to beat “more invested” teams with a better team setup.
@@FilmFlam-8008 Yeah the video was mostly to show how much support heroes profit from Inspiration and that this can be ridiculously strong. Also a bit entertainment showing how Lumont and Kafra can be used. The Lumont team got beaten for example at P2 by an S+ Eironn CC Comp.
paragon changes are dumb and uneeded. dont fix something thats not broken and now instead of f2p being able to compete with strategy they are just going to get steamrolled due to stats
Well to an extend. We still had success in beating higher paragon teams with well built lower paragon teams. Worked atleast for S+ vs P1 and sometimes for S+ vs P2
@@Wraec I disagree, it actually removes an incentive to spend for players of all spending levels. The key revenue driver for games like these are the shifting meta and new units released. But with this, none of that matters, just invest in the current whatever units and you're set forever, never spend another dime no matter what they release. Actually, since each paragon level over your opponent is so impactful, all you really need is a few more than your opponent. Since most servers have very few ultra high spenders, and there won't be any challenge, there will be no need to spend more. Why bother investing to p4, if p2 is already getting you 1st place? For mid spenders, they shouldn't bother with paragon units at all, they won't feel the need to spend a bit more to compete, because there is no chance. It won't feel like "they just need a bit more power", it'll feel like an unsurmountable wall, so they won't bother competing, and therefore won't bother spending. A mechanic like this doesn't feel like a power increase, it feels like a cheat code. You can have a feel laughs when playing with a cheat code, but eventually you get bored of it. I get that some players are feeling like their paragon levels don't matter as much, and that's fair, there's many ways of providing a fun interesting and mechanically consistent power increase there - but this is just bad design, and certainly not worth damaging the community's confidence.
This is awesome! With this change its so much more worth to spend money on your favorite units so they can win against lower rating units. No longer will Kafra or Lumont need broken mauler tiles to be usable in PvP. I can't wait for the new season.
@myatasugablyeadfarashov what do you mean? They changed the p2w system so that you can win against lower level players with your favorite units. That's amazing news!
I'm already rate AFKJ with 1 star with comment against "paragon changes" in future patch in Google Play. And duplicate my opinion in game support. Do the same, please. We must not remain silent when our favorite game is killed in front of our eyes. Thank you!
i know Techies from the SOS district, he a very competetive dude 🫡 just sad he didn‘t kept his promisse 😔 but from a players perspective he is really good
Thanks to Techies for helping me test this stuff 🙂
Honestly, I thought you said testies on my first view.
Thanks, I hate it.
Haha I am talking to the CM at the moment. Tested it together with him this morning. I am optimistic it will not release like it is rn :-)
Thanks for sharing!

how do we get access to the pioneer servers? is that something for content creators only ?
No. You should have received an ingame message a while ago with the option to apply for it or it was on the official discord. I am not sure

Now it is point less to go for S+ hypo celes because they will be nothing vs paragon normal hero. 😂
this is normal

Finally, a reason to pull dupes
Yeah I guess if the outrage somehow calms down this could make them a decent chunk of money

Wraec is a delusional guy i guess, these paragons changes are factually dogsht and if you think otherwise you are lost in the sauce my dog
He didn't say he thinks otherwise, just didn't use those words.
I said I think the stats should be removed

Dont worry about it. They are already very aware of this issue :-) I reckon they are gonna nerf the two new stats before release
