I have a neighbor who is younger than me that I approached months ago through giving him a card and my number on it, but before that he and I spoke to each other and exchanged hugs but it was due to him having a death in the family. I went to introduce myself and offer my condolence. After some time had passed I then sent him the card we contacted by text and I let him know I was interested in getting to know him but he said he wasn't interested in getting involved at the time? So I felt he may have been in a relationship with someone? After that I would see him at his home and stare at him from a far. I couldn't speak but felt like I was standing in time. I was literally embarrassed. I have not seen him but he has a camera 📸 by his front door and at times I feel like I'm being watched by him? I wonder if he's thinking about approaching me?
