It might not be water PROOF, but it IS water resistant for up to 5 minutes. Once it dries out completely, it'll be fine. My 2 year old just dropped mine in her bath and I pulled it right out but my screen was wigging out. Restarted my phone after drying it off and now it's perfectly fine 🤷🏼♀️

Looks for the bubbles from the phone while under the water, the Phone might be opened before. So maybe the seal would be broken and causes water can go inside the phone and make phone doesnt work anymore
