Too many colors and esp the flooring has to be changed completely. It cost around 5L additional to join this flat. You cannot do pooja by sitting like Ganapati, Lakshmi poojas or vrathas. Small kids may hit the bottom of the pooja cupboard. Not worthy of more than 60 Lakhs by considering now a days Creepy Housing market. Its purely my opinion
Design of a flat is purely owner's family Personal choice ...Ur opinion seems very unreasonable..and giving a wrong direction to reasonable buyers...u don't get even Rajiv swagruha flats at 60 lakhs....seems like you are not aware of market .u can bargain if interested or leave it...needs not pass such negative comments without seeing flat in real...this is just my opinion...
