    George Gascon helped to author this. Now it makes perfect sense. He has a lot to answer for. This prop passed in 2014, it's now 2021 and the State is facing a major petty theft crime wave.

    Damn, no wonder I kept seeing broken car windows on the street recently , I live in Bay Area . It didn't happen this much before prop 47. Shattered glass everywhere.

      SF has the highest property crime in the country because of this fucked up proposition. fucking bull shit and you are right. my car has been broken into several times since then, even with nothing of value inside. the streets are dirtier than ever. more homeless drug addicts committing crimes than ever. they have no incentive to quit now that they dont worry about going to jail for more than a few hours.

    Now that Proposition 47 has passed, some have elected to move to California since they are choosing to live a drug user lifestyle, and do not want to be charged with a felony if caught. They also do not want a rehab if caught.
    Others are told to move here by family who are tired of the arrests of the person who does drugs in a state where possession of drugs is a felony.

      Great. Sounds like freedom.
      Gov has no right to tell people which intoxicants nullify their human rights

    • @magical8013
      @magical8013 2 года назад

      Well you understand that my state which is utah, a republican Ran State, hasn't charged a felony in over 10 years for drug crimes and they also give you rehab. It's not just California doing it. California is not charging people for theft crimes though. Well at least it seems like it. There's a lot of states that don't charge you a felony for your drug charge. Unless you have over a certain amount

    Insane Prop 47 makes it legal to steal up to $950.00 so I'm inviting everyone on GETTR to lunch tomorrow in California's best gourmet restaurants. Don't worry about the bill, Cali is now a Dine & Dash state.

    • @anthonyh123
      @anthonyh123 7 месяцев назад +1

      It doesn't "make it legal" to steal up to $950, but you know that, right? Are you ignorant or intentionally spreading misinformation?

    • @darthmcgee2216

      @@anthonyh123 Oh Ya it has aged like fine wine right? Everything just peachy in Cali? Oh wait they had to cobble together several plans to try to stop some of the bleeding on "organized theft." Meaning as long as you're not in an organized theft gang nothing changes and I can walk into a store, steal a trash bag full of stuff, laugh if anyone even dares step up to me. Flip them off say call the Cops, the Cops in turn will tell the store to report it on their insurance and I could do it again tomorrow.

    This is really going to help a lot of people are being pressed by laws that are extream other wise normal folks will not report a crimes because they have to talk to the police and mabey be expossed to vigilantes you could be one of the best people in the word and you would be subjugated to almost anything from any body what is one to do then the individual is less than human then legally speaking jail is not the main answer though if you have the money and the media use it in a positive way each one teach one have respect for the teacher he doesn't have to take the time excellent video I might not off myself now you do matter we matter
