These videos are so good for us who are still new to cyber security. Often times I get really overwhelmed watching the longer content, wondering how I’ll learn how to do what you’re doing. Seeing you create simple scripts, even using the SAVE command, teaches me so much and reminds me of the baby steps and how fun they can still be :)
I like those simpler challenges as you show some good things of how to do things in the cli. Have learned a lot och nifty things from this picoCTF series of your's. Thank you John!
during my solution I forgot to calculate the "s", too. So looped over the shift value forwards and backwards and printed all out. Fortunately I had the letters and digits joind togehter in my key. And I thought the challenge is broken, too. =)
