Is this round bale feeder worth $2,000?

Come along with Clint as he feeds the heifer pen another grass round bale. He let's ya know his thoughts on this round baler after having it a couple weeks. Hopefully we can get our hands on another one so the butcher steers can have one in their lot soon. The heifer and butcher steer are calves are totally weaned at this point. I love this time of the year when I can look out the window and see the cattle in the yard. Margo loves it too, she gets so excited to see the cattle each day.

Round feeder looks a very good job.the dogs are very intelligent.would a rectangle shape feeder be better for the way you place the bales.

With many bales ran through the feeders since start of fall. And now that the cattle know how to eat out of these feeders. They’re flawless. You can put the bale in anyway you’d like! They’ll clean it up 👍🏻

can calves reach up and get hay?

I’ve only had 7 month calves and older use it. They do sell a calf version of it.
